Most lice products skip straight to treating — which means you're guessing at where the eggs are and whether they're really gone. ISpyNits adds the missing step: identification. The UV Glo-Powder makes hidden nits and eggs glow bright green so you can actually see them before, during and after treatment.

Yes — easily. The Glo-Powder is designed to brush and rinse out cleanly with normal shampooing. It doesn't stain hair or skin and leaves no residue once washed.

Orders placed before 1pm NZT on a business day are usually dispatched the same day. Within New Zealand, standard delivery typically takes 1–3 working days, with an urgent courier option at checkout. Yes — we ship to Australia too (usually 3–7 working days), and you'll also find ISpyNits in pharmacies across both countries and on Amazon Australia.

If something isn't right, we want to make it right. Unopened products can be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange. If your order arrives faulty or damaged, email hello@ispynits.com with your order number and a photo. For hygiene reasons we can't accept opened treatment products unless they're faulty. Your statutory consumer rights always apply.
