We want you to feel confident shopping with ISpy Nits. Here's how returns and refunds work:
Return Window
You have 15 days from receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging

Proof of purchase is required (e.g. order number or email receipt)
Please email hello@ispynits.co.nz before sending anything back. Items sent without approval won’t be accepted.
If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and a return address.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective — you don’t need to return it. Just email us a photo and a quick description at hello@ispynits.co.nz and we’ll send a replacement right away.
No hassle, no delays.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on:

Opened or used personal care items

Gift cards or sale items

Items that pose a health or safety risk once opened (like our kits and lotions)
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. To switch products, return your original (if eligible), then place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

If approved, we’ll process your refund back to your original payment method within 10 business days

Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, contact us at hello@ispynits.co.nz
